Just follow these easy steps to spend less time dealing with papers and more time shreading it on the water!  

 

1. USA Waterski Membership- You must become a member of USA Waterski for insurance purposes.  This costs $45 for the entire year, and allows up to $100,000 medical liability if you were to be involved in a skiing related accident during our practice or in a tournament. How to do this:

     1) Go to 

      2) Click "Apply Online"

      3) Scroll down and fill in the info for a New Member

      4) Select the "Under 25 Active" option (it says it is $50, but see

            step 5) and click next

      5) Opt for the paperless membership and save $5! Click Next

      6) Fill out your personal info. For Sports Discipline, say

            "Collegiate Slalom/trick/jump." If asked for a Club, select

            Purdue University.

      7) Continue to payment

PRINT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD (WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP

NUMBER) AND TURN IT IN TO US. WE MUST HAVE THIS BEFORE

YOU CAN HIT THE WATER.

 

2. For safety and insurance reasons, you must first fill out the following forms:

      1) The first form is the Lake Rules.

 

 

 

      2) The second form is a hold-harmless agreement for the Waterski Club and the University.
